Bike Club Competitions and Promotions - T&C’s

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to The Bike Club Ltd whose Facebook page is @thebikeclub and Instagram handle is @jointhebikeclub. The "Prize" refers to:

• 3x Kids Replica Santini Tour de France Yellow Jerseys
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:59 on 8th July 2022. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on 9th July 2022 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
• The Promotors competitions with entry via Facebook and/or Instagram are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Facebook and/or Instagram by leaving a comment based on the question in the specified competition post by @thebikeclub and/or Instagram handle is @jointhebikeclub
• The Prize will be awarded to three (3) randomly selected winner who has entered on Facebook or Instagram, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winners must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.

Win it Wednesdays 06.04.22 Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: The Bike Club Limited, Uncommon, 126 New King’s Road, London, SW6 4LZ.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3. The prize is as follows: Alpina Ximo Disney Cars Helmet (RRP £39.99)

4. The competition opens on 06.04.22 at 12.00. Closing date for entry will be 10.04.22 at 00.00 EST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. Entry is via Instagram or Facebook. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: (entrants must complete all the below)

• Users must follow Bike Club official account on the platform
• Users must comment ‘🚴’ on the Instagram or Facebook post

7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The winner will be selected using a random number generator.

12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

13. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or prize draw.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the promotion.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Bike Club and not to any other party.

22. Prize draw results and the names of the prize winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Win it Wednesday competition Bike Club Limited, Uncommon, 126 New King’s Road, London, SW6 4LZ.

Bike Club Subscriber Survey (08.02.2022)

1. This prize draw is run by The Bike Club Limited, Uncommon, 126 New King’s Road, London, SW6 4LZ. (“The Promoter”)
2. Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these rules.
3. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man aged 18 or over
4. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with the prize draw including employees of Bike Club or Omnisis Ltd.
5. Only one entry per person 
6. The prize draw opens at 09:00 on 8th February 2022
7. The prize draw closes 09:00 on 28th February 2022
8. Entrants who submit a valid email at the end of the survey shall be entered into the prize draw.

10. The winners will be selected by random computer process on 1st March 2022 and will be notified by email within 2 working days. 
11. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and The Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner
12. The prize will be dispatched by email within 7 working days of receipt of a valid email address. 
13. The promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same value.
14. No purchase is necessary.
15. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.  No part or parts of the prize may be substituted.
16. The promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost entries or for difficulties experience in submitting an entry including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost/unavailable network connections.
19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, prompter accepts no liability for any loss, damage and/or personal injury suffered by the winner as a result of their participation in the draw and/or arising out of the winner’s enjoyment of the prize.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion including those entries which the promoter believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
21. By entering this prize draw entrants agree to the personal data that they supply being used by the promoter to administer the prize draw.
22. The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure
23. This prize draw and these terms are governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) refer to the promotional offer (“Promotion”) by The Bike Club Limited, whose registered office is at 126 New Kings Road, London, SW6 4LZ (“Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 and over and is subject to passing a soft credit check.
3. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
